Late 19th Century French Iron Drying Rack | Farmhouse Kitchen Stand
Authentic late 19th-century French forged iron drying rack with beautifully hand-forged construction and a rich, timeworn patina. While visiting the Abbaye de La Lucerne d'Outremer in Normandy, I was delighted to see a similar rack still in everyday use. A reminder that these pieces remain part of French life, not just its history.
Today, it makes a wonderful display for potted herbs, flowers, or treasured kitchen pieces, bringing the character of a French country home into your own
Condition: Wear consistent with age and use. Stable frame. Surface oxidation and darkened patina typical of antique use.
Dimensions: 35" L, 18" W, 20" H
